CIRA is a non-profitable community service organization Registered under the Travancore-Cochin Scientific, Literary and Charitable Societies Act of 1955. It was set up in November 2008 by a group of young professionals and trained social workers from across the state of Kerala with the vision to formulate programmes for the development of society and to prepare its youth for the progress of the nation.

MISSION

CIRA envisions putting forth policies and programs for the empowerment of rural and urban communities, through supportive implementation of projects, to ensure sustainable development by creating a self reliant society. It aims at reforming the youth, without compromising on core values of culture, secularism and equality, and thereby preparing them to facilitate change, progress and development in society.
